Zhangjiagang Runkun Wear Resistant Materials CO., Ltd. is located in Suzhou city, Jiangsu province,China, is a professional Wear Resistant Steel Plates (Abrasion Resistant Steel Plates), Hardfacing Machine supply and trading company, our aim is to supply high quality wear resistant composite plates,specialising in the worldwide distribution of highly specified wear resistant plates produced by hardfacing machine to fabricators primarily serving the concrete, draught fan, mining machinery, metallurgy,oil, gas and petrochemical industry, etc.
RunKun began business in 2007, over the past years, we exclusively produced the wear resistant steel plates that are accordance with the newest world-standard.As an ISO 9001: 2008 identified company, RunKun has a long-term commitment to produce qualified wear resistant plates which have been favourably commented by the clients.
Bimetallic Wear Resistant Composite Steel Plate is produced by Hardfacing Machine, it is a plasma welding process technology which has high productivity, the produced welding wear resistant steel plates have equal-width isometric beads and stress energy released micro cracks,which can only be measured by horizontal ruler but for tactility,because the surface flatness error of the whole steel plate is only plus or minus 0.5mm .
RunKun wear resistant plate is a high-alloyed wear plate adopts Germanic core technology to provide superior wear resistance and high hardness, it is produced by welding resistant layer on top of ordinary steel plate Q235B/Q345B or stainless steel plate,there are 4-5% content of carbon and 25-30% content of chromium in the wear resistant alloy layer, meanwhile the microstructure of carbide can reach up to 50%, the hardness of tempered wear resistant plate keeps at HRC 57-62 degree Celsius.
